Boomers Bolster Pitching Staff
Schaumburg Boomers Manager Jamie Bennett has added two more pitchers from the 2024 roster with the re-signing of RHP Mitch White and RHP Aaron Glickstein.
Mitch White returns to Schaumburg for his second season with the Boomers. Mitch was primarily used in late-inning situations last season, appearing in 37 games and finishing with a record of 3-3 with one save. He posted an ERA of 3.42 with 52 strikeouts over 50 innings. White, who is from Livonia, MI, played for the University of Cincinnati prior to beginning his professional career in Schaumburg.
Aaron Glickstein is back with the Boomers for his fourth season. Aaron is 18-14 in his career mainly splitting time as a starter and coming in from the bullpen in long relief. Glickstein has started 12 games in each season and pitched at least 90 innings in those seasons amassing a total of 228 strikeouts. Aaron, who is a native of Dix Hills, NY looks to be the veteran presence in the bullpen and the clubhouse for the 2025 season.
Boomers season tickets, ticket packages and group tickets are all on sale for the 2025 season.
