Former Boomer, Jake Cousins, is headed to the World Series!
Cousins joined the Boomers in 2019, where he appeared in 15 games in just over a month, notching a 1-2 record with a 0.47 ERA over 19.2 innings with 18 strikeouts and just three walks. Cousins became the first Boomer to reach the big leagues, originally playing for the Milwaukee Brewers. The Yankees will play game one of the World Series on Friday, October 25.
