Wintrust Field is fully ADA accessible. Please inform the Ticket Representative of your needs at the time of your purchase. Please enter the stadium through the VIP Entrance where there is an elevator to take patrons to the concourse level. Accessible seating is located on the concourse behind selected sections.
Illinois state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Fans wishing to purchase alcohol at Wintrust Field must show proper identification to the Boomers Security Staff and get their hand stamped upon entering the stadium.
For your convenience, there are two ATM machines in Wintrust Field. One is located on the concourse level behind home plate (adjacent to Fan Information), and another is located outside the Boomers Team Store on the ground level.
Fans are welcome to ask players for autographs before and after games. Players are not allowed to sign autographs during the duration of the game.
Children two years of age and younger, who do not require a seat, do not require a ticket.
Every bag carried into Wintrust Field is subject to inspection.
There are a variety of food options available at Wintrust Field. Beyond ballpark fare—hot dogs, nachos, and other typical choices—enjoy the unique items we bring to the stadium each season.
Coop’s Kids Corner is a playground located behind the Left Field Party Deck. There’s a bounce house, giant slide, and more! Admission is FREE and open through the 7th inning of each home game.
The public elevator is located directly behind home plate. Patrons unable to take the stairs to the concourse may enter through the VIP Entrance and take the elevator to the concourse level (second floor) or the Suite level (third floor).
No refunds will be offered—all sales are final. Exchanges may be offered in the event of a game cancellation, prior to start time, due to severe weather. Unused tickets for cancelled games may be exchanged for admission to any remaining regular season home game, based on availability.
The Fan Information Booth is located on the concourse level behind home plate and Section G. A Boomers staff member will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Medical personnel will be available at Wintrust Field during every game. If you are in need of medical attention, please alert the nearest Boomers staff member or proceed to the Fan Information Booth located behind Section G.
Please be alert for foul balls leaving the field of play at all times. New this season, improved and expanded netting has been installed in front of Sections C-M. Families with small children are encouraged to request seating behind the net. The Schaumburg Boomers and Village of Schaumburg shall not be held liable for injuries or loss of personal property or equipment.
Gates open one hour before the scheduled game time.
Space is available on our lawns, which are beyond Section A on the first baseline and Section O on the third baseline. Seating is claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are welcome to bring blankets, chairs, strollers, etc. to make seating more comfortable. No coolers are allowed.
During games, please visit the Fan Information Booth located behind Section G to inquire about lost items. To inquire about lost items following a game, please call the Boomers office at 847-461-3695.
During home games, Schaumburg Boomers merchandise can be purchased at the kiosk located on the first base side of the concourse or at the team store in the VIP Entrance Lobby. During business hours year-round, merchandise can be purchased at the Team Store, which is located just inside our VIP Entrance.
Celebrating a special occasion at the ballpark? Let us help make it more special with an announcement during the game! Special PA announcements can be made free of charge as time permits. Make your requests at the Fan Information Booth, located behind Section G, no later than the end of the 4th inning.
Frontier League rules and Village of Schaumburg Health Code Regulations strictly prohibit outside food and drink from being brought into Wintrust Field.
All parking at Wintrust Field is FREE. Parking lots open 90 minutes before game time. There is no tailgating allowed at Wintrust Field per Village of Schaumburg regulations. Handicapped parking is available for guest displaying the proper permit.
Every effort will be made to play each Boomers game as scheduled. If severe weather is in the area, please check the Boomers website at www.boomersbaseball.com and all social media platforms for updates. If a game must be cancelled, the Boomers website will be updated immediately, and tickets may be exchanged for admission to any remaining regular season home game, based on availability.
Fans needing to exit Wintrust Field during a game need to bring their ticket stubs with them. Every fan re-entering the stadium will need to present their ticket stub in order to return.
Restrooms are located at several locations around the concourse. There is a unisex Family Restroom on each baseline, as well.
All fans are invited to run the bases after each Boomers home game. At the end of the game, please line up along the concourse on first base side. The line will proceed down the stairs between Section A and the lawn.
For the safety of all Boomers fans, security personnel are on site during all games. If you are in need of assistance from security, please alert the nearest Boomers employee or proceed to the Fan Information Booth located behind Section G.
There is no smoking allowed at any time within Wintrust Field, per state law. Fans who wish to smoke must leave the stadium through the first or third base gate, descend to the bottom of the stairs, where they can smoke at the curb level. Cigarette receptacles are located in this area, as well.
Participate in the Meijer Tennis Ball Toss following each home game! Purchase numbered tennis balls from our tennis ball toss staff with the shopping carts along the concourse. After the game, you’ll be invited to throw your tennis balls at targets on the field to win prizes. Tennis balls shall be thrown after the game from the ends of the dugouts where the nets end.
For your convenience, there are three water fountains located around the concourse—behind Sections E, I, and N.
