Has your child has ever dreamt of being part of a professional baseball team, here is their chance! COUNTRY Financial is giving kids ages 8-14 the chance to be a Schaumburg Boomers Bat Kid for a day. You can fill out an entry form at the COUNTRY Financial locations listed below or simply fill out the form here.

Along with being a bat kid for the day, the winner will receive four tickets to the selected Boomers game and an Honorary Bat kid t-shirt. 

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Open to children ages 8-14. How to enter:  Completely fill out entry form and deposit in entry display box at participating locations or go to www.boomersbaseball.com/batkids and fill out the entry form.  Contest open to all U. S. residents except employees (and family members of employees) of COUNTRY Financial and the Schaumburg Boomers.  Contest begins May 10, 2017, and ends August 19, 2017.  Winners will be selected randomly.  All decisions of the sponsor related to the contest are final.  DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES:  One child, age 8-14 will be selected each game to be the Schaumburg Boomers Honorary Bat Kid of the Game.  Will include 4 tickets to the selected game as well as an Honorary Bat Kid t-shirt.  Prizes are non-transferable; no cash redemption or substitution except at sponsor's discretion.  Limit of one winner per household or family.  Prizes must be used on designated date.  Winners need not be present at prize drawing.  Winners will be notified by phone.  If a winner cannot be reached by telephone within three days of prize game or cannot attend prize game, a substitute winner will be selected from all entries received.  Minor winners must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Void where prohibited.
